SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by Bring Capital Group Inc., operating as BCG Residential (“BCG,” “we,” “us”). They supplement our Privacy Policy.

1. Programs and message purpose

BCG sends text messages only after a person provides a phone number and expressly opts in through a BCG Residential website form, Meta lead form, appointment form, or another documented consent method.

• Seller inquiry messages: acknowledgements, questions about a submitted property request, appointment coordination, and status updates.
• Buyer deal-flow messages: onboarding and appointment messages, requests to confirm buying criteria, and promotional notices about potential Edmonton-region opportunities that may match an opted-in buyer's stated buy box.

BCG does not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists for SMS marketing and does not sell SMS consent.

2. Consent and frequency

By checking the applicable consent box and submitting a form, you authorize Bring Capital Group Inc. to send the messages described beside that box. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property, selling property, or receiving a written offer. Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, and matched opportunities.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in a BCG SMS program.

3. Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, or network conditions.

4. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any BCG text to unsubscribe. You may also ask us to stop by email or phone. We will process unsubscribe requests within the period required by applicable law. Reply HELP for help, email hello@bringcapitalgroup.com, or call (587) 988-7463.

5. Privacy and records

We record the date, source, and scope of consent and retain communication and unsubscribe records as described in our Privacy Policy. Service providers may process messages on our behalf, but consent is not transferred or sold to third parties for their independent marketing.

6. Buyer opportunity notices

A pre-offer notice means only that BCG is evaluating a potential opportunity that may fit your stated criteria. It is not an offer, reservation, representation, or commitment that BCG controls or will acquire the property. After BCG has a signed contract and chooses to release a deal package, interested buyers must review the package, complete their own due diligence, and rely on the final written assignment documents.

7. No brokerage relationship or investment guarantee

BCG acquires and assigns property as principal. BCG is not acting as your real estate brokerage, representative, financial adviser, or legal adviser. Information and projections are provided for evaluation only; no return, value, financing, condition, or closing outcome is guaranteed. Obtain independent legal, tax, financing, inspection, and other professional advice before proceeding.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when our messaging practices or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. A new messaging purpose will require fresh consent where applicable.
