Edmonton residential property at golden hour
BCG Residential · Edmonton, Alberta

A private alternative to the traditional selling process.

For Edmonton homeowners who want a quieter way to sell. No listing. No agents. No public exposure. We acquire residential property directly as principal — on your timeline, in confidence, with one conversation rather than thirty showings.

Different circumstances

The same need for a quieter process.

Most owners who come to us are not in distress. They are simply at a different point in their life and want a sale that respects that.

Relocation

A job in another city. A move to be closer to family. A timeline that won't wait for sixty days on market.

Inheritance

An estate property to settle. Out-of-province executors. A sale that needs to close without the family drama of showings and counter-offers.

Simplifying

Done with property management. Done with tenants. Looking to convert real estate to liquidity without the noise of a public listing.

Changing Timelines

Life moved faster than the market. You need certainty of close and a date you can plan around — not a moving target.

Two paths

Public listing or private acquisition.

A factual comparison of the two paths. Both are legitimate. They simply serve different priorities.

Path 01

The Public Listing

Traditional MLS

Your property is marketed to the broadest possible audience. Agents represent each side. Showings, open houses, and conditional offers run for as long as the listing is live.

  • ExposureListed on MLS and aggregators. Photos, address, and price visible to anyone.
  • ShowingsOpen houses and private showings throughout the listing period.
  • TimelineTypically 60–120 days from listing to possession.
  • FeesListing and buyer agent commissions, typically 5–7% in Alberta.
  • CertaintySubject to buyer financing, inspection conditions, and the market.

Best for Owners with time, willingness for public marketing, and pricing flexibility.

Path 02

The Private Acquisition

BCG Residential

Your property stays off the public market. One conversation, one walkthrough, one written offer. We acquire as principal — no listing, no agents, no buyers parading through your home.

  • ExposureNo public listing. Property details stay between you and BCG.
  • ShowingsA single property visit at your convenience.
  • TimelineA possession date set with you, typically 30–60 days.
  • FeesNo real-estate commissions. BCG acquires as principal.
  • CertaintyDirect purchase. Terms defined upfront in writing.

Best for Owners who value privacy, certainty, and a defined timeline.

How it works

Five steps. One conversation at a time.

A measured process. Nothing happens until you decide it does.

Honest answers

How our offers actually work.

A direct read on the three questions most owners ask before they engage. No marketing language. Just how this works.

01
How is the offer calculated?
We assess the property's condition, rental income, comparable sales, and what an investor or end-buyer would reasonably pay. The number reflects market value adjusted for the absence of agent fees, the certainty of close, and the carrying cost of any work required.
02
Why might it be below the MLS asking price?
A private offer prices certainty, speed, and the elimination of public marketing into the number. On a per-net-dollar basis after agent fees, time on market, and conditional offer risk, owners often find the difference smaller than it first appears. We will show you the math.
03
What if I want to think about it?
Take the time. The offer stands as written, with no pressure tactics, no countdown timer, and no follow-up calls. If you decide it isn't the right path, the conversation simply ends. No fees, no obligations either way.

What we acquire.

BCG Residential focuses on a narrow Edmonton property type. If your property fits the profile below, the conversation moves quickly. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that on the first call rather than the third.

  • Detached homes Bungalows, two-storey, raised, infill. All eras.
  • Bungalows Both newer and older inventory throughout Edmonton.
  • Half-duplexes Side-by-side and front-back configurations.
  • Infills Newer-build infills with or without garage suites.

With suite potential or income upside considered preferable but not required.

Meet the principal

A real person on the other side of this.

Bring Capital Group Inc. is a real estate firm based in Edmonton. I founded BCG to operate the way I always wished real estate transactions worked: directly, transparently, and on the timelines of the people who actually live in the property.

BCG Residential is the arm of the firm that works with individual homeowners. The first deal closed in April 2026. Every conversation since has been handled directly by me or by someone who reports to me — no call centre, no offshore intake team, no automated drip sequences pretending to be a person.

If you request a private conversation, the person who responds is the person who will be at the closing table. That's a deliberate choice and the only way I'll run this part of the business.
